Shipping policy

What is the Duration for product shippping?

Usually, orders are processed, packed and dispatched within 48hours upon payment confirmation. We will always strive to work in the most efficient way to reduce the processing time.

During peak seasons such as New Year, Valentine’s & Christmas, or our Sale period, there might a slight delay in the processing time depending on the number of orders. We wish for your understanding on this but we will notify you if such delays occur.

If there is a specific date or timeframe that you would like to request for the parcel to be received, please do notify us and we will do our best in the arrangement.



For orders from Peninsular Malaysia, the estimated time arrival for parcel is between 2-3 business days while for East Malaysia will take a slightly longer period of between 3-7 business days.

For international orders, parcels usually arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on the country of the recipients.

 

Peninsular Malaysia (West) 2 to 3 business days after fulfilment
East Malaysia 3 to 7 business days after fulfilment 
International 3 to 7 business days after fulfilment

 

 

Shipping Fees

For Local deliveries, we are confident to ensure your parcels are to be successfully delivered. We have by far, not encountered any mistakes or unsuccessful deliveries with our excellent shipping partners. 

  • Any purchases above
    + RM 150 will be entitled for free delivery to West Malaysia
    + RM 250 will be entitled for free delivery to East Malaysia.
    + RM 350 will be entitled for free delivery to Singapore


  • For purchases below the amount above, delivery fees are set at
    + RM 8.00 for West Malaysia 
    + RM 15.00 for East Malaysia
    + RM 35 for Singapore ( first kg ), RM 15 ( for additional 1 kg )




How can I track my order ?

Upon dropping off the parcel at our designated courier service providers, we will provide a tracking number to you. You can use this tracking number to track your parcel online via their respective websites.

 

 

Tracking ID Information

At most of the time, your tracking information would be made available online within 1 business day after the drop-off at our courier service providers. Please contact us if the tracking information is still unavailable online after 1 business day and we will seek to clarify the shipment with our providers.

Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong delivery information of given by clients.

 

 

Tax and Duties

For International deliveries, your parcels will be shipped as a Gift to prevent unnecessary custom fares / taxes. All international delivery fees are to be borne by our clients as international shipping fees differ for each country.

Delivery fees for all international shipping will be made known to our clients upon the complete placement of orders and shall only be processed upon confirmation of agreement by the clients.

Please be informed that for International deliveries, it is important to provide the correct and exact information of the recipients to avoid delivery return or delay.

Kindly note that we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by congestions in custom clearance processes. Any customs taxes / duties payments that arise shall be borne by our clients as each country will have different rules & regulations on custom clearance. It is advisable to seek for clarifications from your local custom offices with regards to taxes & duties before any purchases are made. 


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Kindly take note on the following PRE-ORDER terms & conditions:

Pre-Order Item(s)

  • Strictly no cancellations nor refunds for pre-order item(s) because payments may have been made to suppliers.
  • It will take approximately 14 - 30 working days for pre-order item(s) to be shipped upon the payment date.
  • Cancellations of order are not inapplicable for delayed pre-orders
  • Clients would be duly notified via email should there be any changes in the time arrival of stocks or in the event the pre-order item(s) is out of stock (due to unforeseen circumstances) after successfully placing an order.
  • If the pre-order item(s) is out of stock, a full refund will be processed accordingly.
  • If your pending shipment consists of both ready-stock & pre-order item(s), the shipment will be performed once the pre-order item(s) arrived. However, you may opt for an earlier separate shipment for your in-stock item(s) at the checkout point.

 

The rights to accept or reject any order(s) without prior notice for the following reasons shall be retained by Asome Atelier:

1) Item(s) ordered is out of stock
2) Failure to notify us of any late payment within 24 hours from the issuance of the order invoice.
3) Payment authorization failure 
4) Suspected illegal / fraudulent transactions
